Our client, a well-established UK organization providing online solutions for performance management is looking for a Performance Management Consultant to implement its system within organizations in Mauritius.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate competencies in the following:
1. Consultancy – the ability to listen carefully and ask good questions in order to establish ‘root cause’ of an organization’s problems.
2. Diplomacy – the ability to engage and deliver feedback in a professional and objective way without causing offence, maximising engaging and personal/organisational credibility.
3. Communication – excellent communication skills in terms of listening, responding both verbally and in writing.
4. Presentation Skills – the ability and experience to present well at a senior and operational level of any organisation/sector.
5. Problem Solving – is focused on identifying and finding robust solutions to problems, thinking laterally, asking intelligent questions to get to the root cause.
6. Data Savvy – able to interpret and collate and analyse data i.e. training records, skills matrices and other such records.
7. MS Excel – essential to be able to sort, analyse and refine data for the implementation and population process.
