What is Soft Skills Coaching?

The Soft Skills Coaching Series is a new, creative and innovative solution designed by Soft Skills Consultants (Mauritius) Ltd for busy executives who are time poor to attend traditional training but yet need to maintain and or upgrade their competency level in their respective fields.

Coaching Methodology

Our coaching methodology consists of:

  • Assessment of participants using the appropriate online test
  • Develop and design a personalised Individual Development Plan (IDP)
  • Implement the IDP under the supervision of a seasoned coach
  • Measure the effectiveness of the programme by a second assessment
