Sales Executive

Job Description

The sales executive shall be responsible for selling financial services to English speaking markets.

Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success (Conversion Rate)
  • Develop positive relationships with clients (Building Rapport)
  • Act as the 1st point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Proper management of Accounts (Call again, No Answers, Emails)
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Abide to the protocols set by the Company & Regulators
  • Track and record daily deposits
  • Attend daily briefing or meeting held by management
  • Synchronise with our departments for job development
  • To adapt Sales Agents to different funnels with different specifications
  • Schedule Training according to the performance of Sales Agents
  • Daily monitoring of Sales Agents Performance (Quality Assurance)

Requirements

  • Age : 22 to 35 years
  • Experience : Experience in a Call Center (English Campaign) will be a definite advantage
  • HSC
  • Computer Literate.
  • Good Spoken English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Product knowledge & Understanding the financial market
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Training
Successful candidates will be provided 180 hours of training over a period of 3 months (Professional Skills for Sales Executives - MQA approved) under the National Skills Development Programme (nsdp.hrdc.mu)

Terms & Conditions

  • Salary
    Before training : Rs.  6000 (Stipend : Rs. 5000 + Transport : Rs. 1000)
    After training : Rs. 12,000 (Basic per month + Commission on sales)

  • Working Hours 
    Monday to Friday on a rotating shift as follows : 
    Shift 1: 8.00am to 5.00pm (Day Shift)

    Shift 2: 2.00pm to 11.00pm (Night Shift)
    Shift 3: 11.00pm to 7.00am (Night Shift)

Shop Assistant

Job Description

The shop assistant shall be responsible for selling products and services and explaining offers/products to customers.

Duties

  • Sell products and services/ Explaining offers and products to customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Make follow up appointment for customers
  • Maintain records of customer prescriptions, work orders and payments.
  • Arrange and display of products.
  • Keep abreast of best practice and promotional trends.
  • Product knowledge.

Requirements

Qualification: Form 5 and above
Age: 18-35 years
No experience required, however proven work experience would be an advantage. 

Training
Successful candidates will be provided 180 hours of training over a period of 3 months  (Professional Skills for Shop Assistants - MQA Approved ) under the National Skills Development Programme (nsdp.hrdc.mu)

Customer Executive

Our client is an established company in the BPO Sector, providing outsourcing facilities to overseas-based clients specialising in the provision of financial services.

Job Description

Customer Executives are responsible for generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement. Using a database of leads having shown an interest in our client’s product and services, the Customer Executive will move the leads through a sales and marketing process to educate them, bolster interest, and prepare them for speaking with the sales team.

Duties

  • Prospect for new client/ sales lead generation.
  • Direct communication with leads via e‐mail and telephone so as to qualify them prior to promoting/marketing our clients and their product range/services to the qualified leads.
  • Accurately input and document actions within the CRM while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
  • Generate a specific number of sales leads each month to meet assigned target.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Alert superiors of client issues when necessary.
  • Serve as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to fellow team members
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Age: 18 to 35 years
  • Experience: Not required
  • Qualification: Higher School Certificate
  • Computer Literate
  • Good Spoken English
  • Previous experience in sales would be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of financial markets would be an advantage

Training Coordinator

Role

To provide administrative support to the training department

Accountable to: Human Resource Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist the training department to design the training calendar on a quarterly basis
  • To assist the training department to design the Marketing Calendar on a quarterly basis
  • To initiate action for training once the minimum number of participants is reached
  • To inform all participants about the postponement of any training if the minimum number of participant is not met
  • To book training room (in house, clients’ premises or third party)
  • To send training requirements to each participants (pre-assignment, challenges, ARS test, HGMIT test, psychometric tests etc)
  • To inform the HRDC and the MQA  of the training at least three days in advance
  • To follow up for all training requirements from the participants
  • To prepare all training requirements reports as per templates
  • To prepare all training materials strictly according to the training checklist
  • To check all training materials required for the training on the eve of the training
  • To welcome participants on the training day
  • To make participants feel at ease
  • To provide company profile to waiting participants
